Dr. Dmitry Pelegov joint Yachin Ivry’s lab in April 2024 with the main focus made on local characterization of inhomogeneities and mesoscale ordering in ferroelectrics. Main objects of his research are thin-film hafnia-based ferroelectrics and relaxor ferroelectrics. Main methods are advanced Transmission Electron Microscopy modes, including, but not limited to, 4D-STEM and ASTAR.
